Recipe - Zwiebelfleisch

4 sl Beef filet; One half pound each
3 lg Onions; minced
1/8 pound Butter
Salt & pepper to taste
Flour
Pound beef slices; salt & pepper & sprinkle both sides with flour. Heat
butter in frying pan; add beef & cover with onions. Brown in covered pan.
When brown, add water & steam until tender. Serve with noodles or boiled
potatoes.
