Recipe - Zucchini In Blue Cheese Sauce

1 lg Onion; chopped
1 kg Zucchini; cut or sliced up
1/8 l Water
4 tablespoon Creme fraiche
150 g Blue cheese; crumbled
Salt; white pepper
Fry onions, add zucchini, season with salt and pepper, add water. Simmer
for about 8 minutes, then add creme fraiche and blue cheese and wait until
the cheese had melted. If the sauce gets too fluid, thicken with some
flour.
