1 teaspoon Salt
MEDIUM LOAF
Three fourths cup Zucchini; shredded
Three fourths cup Water
3 tablespoon Vegetable oil
3 tablespoon Honey
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Grated orange peel
One fourth cup Wheat germ
1 One half cup Whole wheat flour
1 One half cup Bread flour
1 One half teaspoon Yeast
LARGE LOAF
1 cup Zucchini; shredded
1 cup Water
One fourth cup Vegetable oil
One fourth cup Honey
1 1/3 teaspoon Salt
1 1/3 teaspoon Grated orange peel
5 tablespoon Wheat germ
2 cup Whole wheat flour
2 cup Bread flour
2 One half teaspoon Yeast
