Recipe - Zucchini Tomato Medley

2 tablespoon Margarine or butter
1/3 cup Chopped onion
3 md Zucchini; cut or sliced up
2 md Tomatoes; cut in wedges
One half teaspoon Dried basil leaves or
1 One half teaspoon Chopped fresh basil
One half teaspoon Salt
1/8 teaspoon Pepper
Melt margarine in large skillet. Add onion and zucchini; cook and stir
over mediumhigh heat until crisptender.
Add remaining ingredients; cook until tomatoes are thoroughly heated.
