Recipe - Zucchini Stew

2 pound Italian sausage; cut in
chunks
2 tablespoon Oil
4 Cloves garlic
24 ounce Picante sauce
15 ounce Tomatoes; canned
2 lg Green pepper; chopped coarse
One half teaspoon Oregano
1 teaspoon Basil
2 cup Zucchini; unskinned and
cubed
Brown sausage in Dutch oven in oil and garlic. Add salsa, tomatoes and
pepper. Simmer 15 minutes and add remaining ingredients to boil, shut off
heat and let stand 20 minutes. Serve with Italian Bread
NOTES : You can make this as hot or mild as you want, just depends on the
heat of the sausage and picante sauce.
