Recipe - Zucchini Santa Fe

3 cup Sliced zucchini
One half cup Chopped onion
1 teaspoon Cooking oil
1 cn Chopped green chilies, drain
1 md Tomato
One half teaspoon Salt, optional
One fourth teaspoon Pepper
One fourth teaspoon Garlic powder
One half cup Cheddar or mj cheese, shred
In a large skillet, saute the zucchini and onion in oil for 34 minutes.
Add chilies, tomato, sald if desired, pepper and garlic powder. Cook and
stir for 34 minutes. Spoon into a serving bowl and sprinkle with cheese.
