Ingredients:
Zucchini Mandarin recipe makes 6 Servings
1 pound Zucchini
8 ounce Canned mandarine oranges
One fourth teaspoon Nutmeg
One fourth cup Slivered almonds, toasted
Cut the zucchini into slices. Steam until tender.
Add the orange slices and the nutmeg. Sprinkle with the almonds just
