Recipe - Zucchini Dressing

1 Unpeeled and grated zucchini
1 md Onion; finely chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
Sage to taste (strictly
optional)
3 Eggs
One fourth pound Crushed crackers
One half cup Margarine; melted
One half pound Velveeta cheese; cubed

Combine all ingredients. Pour into greased 2qt. casserole, cover with
aluminum foil, and bake in 375 degree oven for 25 minutes. Remove aluminum
foil and bake an additional 20 minutes. (Different kids of cheeses may be
used instead of the Velveeta.)
