Recipe - Zero Salad Dressing

One half cup Tomato juice
2 tablespoon Lemon juice or vinegar
1 tablespoon Minced onion
1/8 teaspoon Salt
1/8 teaspoon Oregano
1 ds Pepper
1 ds Garlic powder (optional)
Yield: One half C Each serving: 2 Tbsp Free Food (up to 2 servings per day)
Combine all ingredients in jar with tightly fitted top. Refrigerate
several hours. Shake well before using.
Note: This dressing may be kept for several weeks refrigerated in a
closed container.
