Recipe - Winter Beef Stew

2 pound Beef boneless chuck; tip, or
round, cut into 1 inch
cubes
4 Carrots; cut or sliced up
2 Stalks celery; cut or sliced up
1 Sliced onion
1 cn Sliced mushrooms; drained
3 tablespoon Flour
1 tablespoon Salt
1 cn Whole tomatoes; undrained
1 cup Beef broth
Mix beef, carrots, celery, onions, and mushrooms in large baking pan. In
small bowl, mix flour and salt; stir into beef mixture. Stir in undrained
tomatoes and the broth. Cover and cook in 325 degree oven until beef is
tender, about 4 hours.
