Recipe - Wine Cookies

1 Egg
One half cup Oil
One half cup Sweet wine
One half cup Sugar
One half teaspoon Baking soda
One half teaspoon Baking powder
3 cup Flour; (or until dough
sticks together)
1 cup Cinnamon and sugar
1 cup Chopped nuts
Mix together all ingredients except for the cups of cinnamon and sugar and
chopped nuts. Flour rolling board and dough until it rolls out very thin
without sticking. Sprinkle cinnamon and sugar and nuts on top of rolled out
dough. Cut into squares and after cutting each row of squares, roll thin
again. Bake in preheated oven for about 15 minutes.
