Recipe - Wilted Swiss Chard

2 tablespoon Water
4 tablespoon Butter
2 pound Fresh swiss chard; trimmed,
washed,
; and well drained
1. Bring the water and butter to a boil in a 10inch castiron skillet.
2. Saut‚ the chard, until just wilted, in 2 batches, seasoning each batch
with salt and pepper to taste.
3. Serve immediately.
