Recipe - Whole Wheat Pizza Dough

1 One half teaspoon Dry yeast
2 cup Bread flour
One fourth cup Wheat bran
Three fourths teaspoon Salt
2 tablespoon Minced prunes(If prunes are
hard, our boiling water
over them to often, then
drain well.)
Three fourths cup Plus 2 TB water
1 tablespoon Yellow cornmeal
Add all the ingredients except cornmeal in a bowl and mix. Kneed for
several minutes. Let rise for One half an hour. Sprinkle your pan with corn
meal. Roll dough into a circle and place in pan. Prick the dough all over
with a fork. Bake at 450 for 15 minutes. Add your desired toppings and cook
for 5 minutes or whatever is required to cook your toppings.
