Ingredients:

1 tablespoon Butter
1 tablespoon Flour
1 cup Milk
One fourth teaspoon Salt
1/8 teaspoon Pepper

Melt butter and add the flour and stir until blended. Slowly add the milk
and cook until mixture thickens, stirring constantly. Add seasonings and
