Recipe - White Christmas Puddings

12 Squares white baking
chocolate
2/3 cup Heavy whipping cream
1 Stick butter
6 Eggs, separated
5 Squares semisweet chocolate
melted
Heat the white chocolate and cream in a double boiler until chocolate is
melted. Beat in the butter, then gradually beat in the egg yolks. Place
over simmering water and cook about 2 minutes, stirring constantly, until
thickened. Remove from the heat and set aside. Beat the egg whites until
stiff and fold into the chocolate mixture. Spoon into glass dessert dishes
and chill for 2 hours. Melt the semisweet chocolate and drizzle over each
pudding. Chill again before serving. Serves 8 Typed in MMFormat by
