Recipe - White Chocolate Peach Parfait

6 Squares white chocolate,
chopped
1 cup Light sour cream or plain
yogurt
2 tablespoon Lime juice
One half cup Whipping cream
8 Peaches
1 cup Blueberries

In bowl over saucepan of hot water, melt chocolate. Combine sour cream
with lime juice; stir in chocolate. Chill for 30 minutes. In separate
bowl whip cream to soft peaks; fold into chocolate mixture. Plunge peaches
into boiling water for 30 seconds; peel and slice. Set aside One fourth cup of
blueberries. Layer peach slices and remaining blueberries, beginning and
ending with mixture. Garnish with reserved blueberries. Chill up to 2
