Recipe - White Chocolate Party Mix

10 ounce Mini pretzels
5 cup Cheerios
5 cup Corn chex
2 cup Salted peanuts
1 pound M&ms plain chocolate candy
2 12 ounce vanilla chips
3 tablespoon Vegetable oil

In a large bowl, combine first 5 ingredients; set aside. In a
microwavesafe bowl, heat chips and oil on mediumhigh for 2 minutes,
stirring once. Microwave on high for 10 seconds; stir until smooth. Pour
over cereal mixture and mix well. Spread onto three waxed paperlined
baking sheets. Cool; break apart. Store in an airtight container. Yield: 5
quarts
