Whisky Sour recipe makes 1 Servings
6 Parts whisky
2 Parts lemon juice
1 Part sugar syrup
1 ds Egg white
1 ds Angostura bitters
Glace cherry
Fill a cocktail shaker Three fourths full with ice. Pour in the whisky and sour it
with the lemon juice. Add the sugar syrup, a dash of egg white, the
bitters, and shake.
Strain and serve with a cherry.
