Recipe - Whiskey Sauce

2 cup Halfandhalf
1/3 cup Sugar
2 tablespoon Cornstarch
3 tablespoon Water
Whiskey; to taste
In a small saucepan slowly heat halfandhalf and sugar. In a small bowl
whisk cornstarch with 3 tablespoons water. Slowly stream cornstarch into
hot mixture, stirring constantly. Cook 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
Sauce will thicken; thin slightly, if necessary. Add whiskey, to taste.
Keep warm until ready to serve. This recipe yields 2 cups of sauce.
