Categories: Not, Sent, Whatsits
Ingredients:

2 Egg whites
1 cup Sifted light brown sugar
2 cup Chopped pecans or walnuts
1 tablespoon Unbleached allpurpose flour

Preheat the oven to 250°. Lightly butter a baking sheet. In a mediumsize
bowl beat the egg whites until they are stiff but not dry. Gradually add
the brown sugar, stirring after each addition.

Place the nuts on a sheet of waxed paper, sprinkle with the flour, and roll
until the nuts are coated. Gently fold the nuts into the egg white and
sugar mixture. Drop the mixture by teaspoonsful onto the prepared baking
sheet. Bake until light brown, about 30 minutes.
