Recipe - Western Hot Sauce

One half cup Catsup
1 teaspoon Paprika
One fourth cup Water
One half teaspoon Oregano; dried, crushed
One fourth cup Onion; finely chopped
One half teaspoon Chili powder
3 tablespoon Red wine vinegar
One fourth teaspoon Salt
2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
1/8 teaspoon Cloves; ground
2 teaspoon Brown sugar
1 Bay leaf
2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
10 ml Garlic; minced
2 teaspoon Mustard seed; whole
In saucepan, combine all ingredients. Bring mixture to a boil; reduce heat
and simmer uncovered for 10 minutes, stirring once or twice. Discard bay
leaf. Use to baste hamburgers or ribs last 15 minutes of grilling.
