Recipe - Western Barbecue Sauce

1 Three fourths cup White vinegar
2 tablespoon Tabasco sauce
2 tablespoon Sugar
1 tablespoon Salt
2 tablespoon Ancho chile powder
1 tablespoon Cumin
1 tablespoon Freshly ground black pepper
Mix all ingredients together and use to baste beef tenderloin. The recipe
yields approximately 2 cups of sauce.
