4 cup Cider vinegar; (amber)
One fourth cup Honey
One fourth cup Cheap yellow mustard; (like
French's, etc.)
4 tablespoon Brown sugar
4 teaspoon Salt
4 teaspoon Crushed red pepper flakes
2 teaspoon Black pepper; (coarse)
Here it is for those that would like to try it, about 1/2, to Three fourths cup per
butt. You don't want to over power the meat, just give it a hint of
additional flavor.
Simmer all for 15, 20 minutes, DON'T BOIL!!! Stir constantly.
