2 bn Watercress; leaves only,
roughly chopped
1 cup Sour cream
2 teaspoon Fresh lemon juice
1 ds Tabasco sauce
1 teaspoon Salt
One fourth teaspoon Freshlyground black pepper
One half cup Mayonnaise; preferably
homemade
In a blender, combine the watercress, sour cream, lemon juice, tabasco,
salt, and pepper. Puree until smooth, then transfer to a bowl and stir in
the mayonnaise. This recipe yields 1 One half cups of mayonnaise.
