Recipe - Warm Tomato-Pepper Sauce California Style Pasta

2 One half qt Red bell peppers; chopped
5 cup Thinly cut or sliced up green onions
3 tablespoon Minced garlic
1/3 cup Olive oil
8 qt Tomatoes; seeded and minced
1 2/3 cup Grated parmesan cheese
1 cup Black pepper
2 One half teaspoon Cayenne pepper
3 pound Cooked pasta; penne
SautE9 peppers, onions and garlic in oil in a large skillet over medium
high heat until vegetables are tendercrisp. Stir in tomatoes; cook over
high heat until sauce thickens, 1015 minutes. Stir in remaining
ingredients except pasta. Serve.
