Recipe - Walnut Pesto

3 tablespoon Walnuts
2 cup Fresh basil leaves
2 Cloves garlic
3 tablespoon Freshly grated parmesan
cheese
1 Pinches sea salt
One half cup Olive oil
1. Combine walnuts, basil, garlic, parmesan and salt in food processor and
process to a puree.
2. With the machine running, add the oil slowly. Scrape down the sides and
process again. Store pesto in an airtight jar, preferably opaque to keep
out the light. Keep pesto covered with a layer of oil to prevent the
surface from browning. Store in refrigerator.
