Recipe - Walnut And Honey Sauce

1 ounce Unsalted butter
1 Handful walnuts; chopped
2 tablespoon Runny honey
2 tablespoon Whisky

Melt 1oz of unsalted butter in a frying pan. Stir in a handful of chopped
walnuts and brown briefly. Add 2 tablespoons of runny honey and 2
tablespoons of whisky. Stir until heated through.

This sauce is delicious with vanilla ice cream.
