Recipe - Waldorf Salad (2 Point)

2 cup Apples; chopped (2 medium)
1 One half teaspoon Lemon juice
One fourth cup Raisins; or snipped pitted
whole dates
2 tablespoon Grapes; seedless, green,
halved
2 tablespoon Sliced celery
One fourth cup Fatfree mayonnaise; or
salad dressing
One fourth cup Fatfree yogurt; plain
Lettuce leaves
1 tablespoon Pecans; or walnuts chopped
Toss together chopped apple and lemon juice in a medium mixing bowl. Stir
in raisins or snipped dates, grapes and celery. For dressing, stir together
mayonnaise or salad dressing and yogurt in a small mixing bowl. Fold
dressing into apple mixture. Cover and chill for 2 to 24 hours. To serve,
arrange lettuce leaves on four salad plates. Spoon salad mixture onto
lettuceline plates. Sprinkle with chopped nuts.
