Recipe - Vinegar Basting Sauce

2 cup Red wine vinegar
2 cup Water
1/3 cup Firmly packed brown sugar
One fourth cup Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoon Dry spice rub (see recipe
above)
One half teaspoon Hot sauce
Combine all ingredients in a mediumsize bowl, stirring well. Cover and let
mixture stand at room temperature 8 hours.
