Recipe - Vinegar (Sour) Sauce

One fourth cup White Vinegar
One fourth cup Fresh Lime Juice
1 tablespoon Minced Garlic
1 tablespoon Fresh Chile Peppers (Your
Choice), minced
One fourth cup Fresh Cilantro Or Oregano,
roughly chopped
Salt, to taste
Cracked Black Pepper, to
taste
Mix all ingredients well in small bowl; cover and refrigerate until time to
use.
Makes about Three fourths cup.
