Recipe - Viking Casserole

1/3 cup Onion; chopped
2 tablespoon Butter
2 tablespoon Flour
1 cup Milk
2 cup Macaroni; cooked
10 ounce Peas; frozen
6 ounce Tuna in water
One half pound Processed American cheese
Preheat oven to 350° Saute onion in butter. Add flour, stir until blended,
add milk and cook until thick. Add cheese, stir until melted. Mix in
remaining ingredients and pour in baking dish. Bake for 40 minutes, top
with additional cheese if desired.
