Recipe - Vietnamese Egg Rolls

Ingredients:
Vietnamese Egg Rolls recipe makes 1 Cup
1 pound Ground pork
2 Whole green onions; minced
2 Whole eggs; beaten
2 tablespoon Soy sauce
Salt and pepper; to taste
1 tablespoon Sugar
1 Clove garlic
1 Whole carrot; shredded
1 ounce Bean sprouts; broken up
1 pack Egg roll skins; large size
Place l tablespoon in each wrapper. Fry in mediumhot oil about 20 minutes.
