Ingredients:
Viennese Nut Torte recipe makes 12 Servings
7 Eggs separated
2/3 cup Sugar
5 ounce Bittersweet chocolate
Grated
One half teaspoon Cinnamon
1 One half cup Nuts ground
Chocolate icing
Bear yolks and sugar till light. Add chocolate, cinnamon and nuts. Fold in
stiffly beaten whites. Put into a tube pan and bake 45 min at 325F or till
done.
