Recipe - Vics Spare Ribs

1 cup Skim milk
One half cup Plus
1 tablespoon Couscous
2 One half tablespoon Brown sugar; packed
One fourth cup Dark raisins
One fourth teaspoon Cinnamon
1/3 cup NF yogurt
1. In small saucepan, heat milk until just boiling. Stir in couscous,
sugar, raisins and cinnamon. Remove mixture from heat and cover with
tightfitting lid. Allow to sit 10 mins, until milk is absorbed. Stir in
yogurt and serve.
My notes: I like to add a bit of extra brown sugar for more flavour.

180 calories, 0.4g fat (2% CFF)
