Recipe - Vicksburg Stuffed Ham

1 Head iceberg lettuce
2 Eggs; hard cooked and
roughly chopped
2 md Tomatoes; (cut in 8ths)

VICTOR SALAD DRESSING
6 ounce Vegetable oil
2 ounce White vinegar
1 tablespoon Sugar
2 tablespoon Lemon juice
2 Cloves garlic; minced
1 pn Basil
1 pn Oregano
Salt and white pepper
4 ounce Gorgonzola cheese; broken

Core and tear lettuce. Tear with hands. Toss with eggs and tomato. Pour
dressing on salad. Directions for salad dressing: Mix all ingredients
together.
