Recipe - Very Veggie Chili

4 tablespoon Cream cheese, or tofu
4 tablespoon Fennel & Three Pepper Relish
8 sl Cucumber
1 Sliced avocado,or less
Lettuce
Sliced tomatoes
Salt and pepper,to taste
4 sl Multigrain bread
Toast bread, spread both sides with cream cheese or tofu, add Fennel &
Three Pepper Relish, layer, cucumbers, tomatoes, avocado and lettuce. Salt
and pepper to taste. Serve with fresh fruit on the side. source on the
