Recipe - Very Low-Fat Sun-Dried Tomato Dressing (0 Points)

Ingredients:

6 Sundried tomatoes
One fourth cup Water; boiling
One half cup Fatfree mayonnaise
One fourth cup Buttermilk
2 tablespoon White vinegar
1 Clove garlic; minced
1 teaspoon Sugar
One half teaspoon Dried oregano; or basil your
choice

Place sundried tomatoes in a small bowl. Pour One fourth c. boiling water over
tomatoes and let soak for 10 minutes. Remove tomatoes and reserve the
soaking liquid. Finely dice tomatoes. Combine tomatoes and soaking liquid,
mayo, buttermilk, vinegar, garlic, sugar, and spice in a blender. Whirl
until smooth. Store in jar in the refrigerator. Makes 1 One fourth cups

PER SERVING; (2 tablespoons ) 9 calories, 0.1 g. fat, 1.7 g carb's, 0.4
protein, 0 mg. cholesterol.
