Recipe - Very Hot Shrimp Cocktail Sauce

2 cn (2oz) dry mustard
2 ounce Garlic vinegar
3 ounce Cream
2 Egg yolks
1 One half tablespoon Brown sugar
1 One half tablespoon White sugar
Mix all ingredients with a fork until smooth. Let stand overnight. This
mixture gets hotter with age. Use sparingly. Keep refrigerated. Makes about
11/3 cups.
