Recipe - Veprove S Krenem (Piquant Pork With Horseradi

1 One half pound Fresh pork shoulder, cubed
1 Medium onion, chopped
One fourth cup Lard
One fourth teaspoon Paprika
One half teaspoon Caraway seeds
Salt
2 cup Water
2 tablespoon Flour
Fry onion in lard. Add paprika, meat, caraway seeds, and salt; brown
well; add One half cup water; simmer in a covered pan until meat is tender
(about 1 hour). Dust drippings with flour; stir until brown. Add remaining
water, and simmer for 10 to 20 minutes. Serves 4.
