Recipe - Venison Tongue

1 teaspoon Dry Mustard
Three fourths cup Mayonnaise
One fourth cup Dry white wine
1 One half teaspoon Fresh lime juice
1/8 teaspoon Salt
1/8 teaspoon Tabasco Sauce
1 ds White pepper, freshly ground
Combine all ingredients in small bowl, mixing well.
Yields a little over 1 cup.
