Recipe - Veggie Filled Pita

12 sl Tomatoes
1 cup Zucchini julienned
1 cup Carrots chop fine
One half cup Scallions minced
3 tablespoon Nofat mayo
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
Black pepper
1 Jar pickled hot peppers
Dice
1 cup Nonfat cheddar shredded
Pitas
Mix all except cheese. Stuff pitas and add some cheese.
