Recipe - Veggie Dip To Die For

1 pack Ranch dressing mix
1 pt Sour cream
1 Stick VERY sharp cheese

Whisk dressing and sour cream together. Grate cheese (or shred) into
mixture (go for consistency....you won't use all of it). Chill (a necessity
to let the flavors blend).

Serve with:

Sliced cucumber, Celery sticks, Every color pepper you can find
(important!), Raw cauliflour (or however it's spelled).
