Recipe - Veggie-Lo-Mein

1 pound Mushrooms
One half pound Pea pods
4 lg Celery stalks
1 small Bunc green onions
1 lg Red bell pepper
1 pound Bean sprouts
Oil
One fourth cup Roasted peanuts
One fourth cup Soy sauce
1 tablespoon Dry sherry; (optional)
1 teaspoon Cornstarch
One half cup Water
1 Envelope flavored bullion
1 pack (10 oz) linguine or
spaghetti
Stir fry all veggies except mushrooms together. Stirfry the mushrooms
separately. Cook linguine according to directions on box.
In a cup, mix soy sauce, sherry, cornstarch, bullion, and One half cup of water.
Set aside while cooking other ingredients. Add this mixture to the veggies
(except mushrooms) in the skillet and heat to boiling. Add linguine and
mushrooms, and heat through. Sprinkle with peanuts. Serves 4.
