Recipe - Vegetarian Stir Fry Grilled Pizza

Canola oil; to cook
1 tablespoon Minced garlic
One half tablespoon Minced ginger
2 lg Red onions
Salt; to taste
Freshlyground black pepper;
to taste
2 cup Sliced shiitake mushrooms
1 cup Sliced yellow zucchini
1 cup Sliced green zucchini
2 Tomatoes; thinly cut or sliced up
1/3 cup Thai basil chiffonade
2 cup Grated mozzarella cheese
1/3 Pizza Dough recipe; see *
Note

In a hot wok coated with oil, stirfry garlic, ginger and onions. Season
with salt and pepper and cook until onions are caramelized. Add mushrooms
and zucchini and stirfry until soft. Check for seasoning. Place filling on
top of a grilled pizza dough. Cover with tomato slices and basil. Cover
with cheese.
This recipe yields two 8 to 10inch pizzas.
