Recipe - Vegetarian Rice And Beans (Tabasco)

4 cup Water
2 Vegetable bouillon cubes or
2 teaspoons instant broth
granules
2 cup Raw brown rice
1 cn Red kidney beans; rinsed and
drained
1 lg Onion; chopped
1 lg Green bell pepper; chopped
1 Jar Original or Spicy
TABASCO® 7 Spice Chili
Recipe; (16 ounces)
1 teaspoon Ground cumin
Put water and bouillon cubes in 4quart heavygauge saucepan with lid.
Bring to a boil over high heat. Stir in rice. Return to a boil; add
remaining ingredients. Return mixture to a boil; reduce heat to low if
cooking over campfire, move to side. Cover and simmer 45 minutes or until
liquid is absorbed. Remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes before
serving.
