Recipe - Vegetarian Pizza Focaccia

1 Cole's Cheese 'N Herb
Foccaccia
One half cup Pizza Sauce
1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
1 Thinly Sliced Roma Tomato
One fourth cup Broccoli Bits
One fourth cup Sweet Pepper Slices
Dried; Crushed Basil
Thaw one focaccia at room temperature for 30 minutes. Evenly spread One half cup
pizza sauce over top of focaccia. Follow this by the shredded cheese,
tomato slices, broccoli bits and the pepper slices.
Bake the pizza in a 400 degree oven for 1520 minutes or until the cheese
is golden brown. Sprinkle dried basil over the top. Serve immediately.
