Recipe - Vegetarian-Stuffed Pizza

1 One half cup Water; warmed
2 tablespoon Olive oil
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Sugar
1 cup Whole wheat flour
2 1/3 cup Bread flour
2 One fourth teaspoon Yeast
Pizza sauce
Filling
2 cup Mozzarella cheese; nonfat
1 cup Broccoli flowerets
1 cup Cauliflower flowerets
1 teaspoon Oregano; to taste
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.F. Sprinkle a Pam sprayed pizza pan with 1 Tbs.
cornmeal. Remove dough from machine. Roll 2/3 dough into 14inch circle and
place on a 12inch pan. Mix together filling ingredients and spoon over
dough, leaving a 2inch border. Roll remaining dough into a14inch circle
and place on top. Fold edges over and crimp, sealing shut.
Slit top with fork or sharp knofe in 4 or 5 places. Brush with pizza sauce
on pizza, warm the rest and pour over baked pizza when serving.
