Recipe - Vegetable Wreath Platter

1 pound Snow peas
1 Small cauliflower, cut in
Florets
1 Bunch broccoli, cut in
Florets
1 English cucumber, scored and
Sliced
2 cup Cherry tomatoes
Around edge of large round platter fan snow peas with ends touching edge of
plate. Arrange cauliflower, broccoli, cucumber and tomatoes on top,
leaving space in center to maintain wreath shape. Cover with plastic wrap
and refrigerate until serving time. Makes 12 14 servings. Note*: Arrange
red, green and white vegetables on a wreath of snow peas and place a bowl
