One half Head Cabbage *
2 lg Red Bell Peppers **
2 md Green Bell Peppers **
2 lg Carrots ***
1/3 cup Chopped Fresh Parsley
HONEY MUSTARD DRESSING
One half cup Miracle Whip
One half cup Plain Yogurt
One half cup Fresh Lemon Juice
One fourth cup Grainy Mustard
2 tablespoon Honey
2 teaspoon Red Wine Vinegar
3 dr Tabasco Sauce
Three fourths teaspoon Salt
Fresh Ground Pepper To Taste
* Cabbage should be cored and shredded. ** Bell peppers should be seeded
and thinly slivered. *** Carrots should be pared and cut into 2" lengths,
then into thin strips.

Combine the cabbage, bell peppers, carrots and parsley in a large mixing
bowl. Place all of the ingredients for the dressing in a second mixing
bowl and whisk until completely blended. Pour the dressing over the
vegetables and toss to coat. Refrigerate, covered at least one hour. Taste
