Recipe - Vegetable Onion Dip

2 cup Nonfat sour cream
One half cup Onions; chopped
One fourth cup Scallions; chopped
One fourth cup Carrots; chopped
One fourth cup Red bell peppers; chopped
1 teaspoon Jalapeno; finely chopped,
; seeded
1 ds Cider vinegar
1 teaspoon Tabasco; optional
Salt; optional
Parsely sprigs; for garnish
1. In a small bowl, combine sour cream, onion, scallions, carrots, red
peppers, jalapeno and mix thoroughly; add vinegar, Tabasco and salt.
2. Remove to a serving bowl,cover and refrigerate until chilled. Garnish
with parsely before serving.
